The value for money at Bamboo Lodge was fantastic - great room, private and comfortable. The location was lovely, surrounded by beautiful countryside, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

All in all everything in the hotel was excellent. Marvellous location, it was so close to beautiful Kent countryside as well as the lake/pond. The whole experience was TRULY MEMORABLE.

Clean, well-equipped lodge with friendly hosts. Lovely view of pond. Excellent shower. Great location for visiting Big Cat Sanctuary and train station. Highly recommended.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, nevertheless everything was lovely. The location of the property was absolutely perfect and magnificent, in the middle of the city.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of fresh organic produce. the self-contained kitchen was convenient for preparing our meals. The location was also ideal, close to the ferry and train stations.

We would recomand it. We got a room with a bath.

I would say it's enjoyable base for staying and exploring Ashford. Hotel provides great meals. It boasts wonderful, peaceful location near the lake / pond, and nature.

The double room overlooked lake. It was nice to have an electric kettle, a dishwasher and a refrigerator available. Beautiful and incredible location - easy walk to everywhere we needed.

The Bamboo Lodge - B&B / Self-Catered was an absolute gem! The friendly hosts made us feel right at home and the newly renovated property was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The fridge and cupboards were fully stocked with quality produce, and the bed was incredibly cosy. The location was perfect for exploring Pluckley and the surrounding area. We especially loved the beautiful grounds and the wildlife we spotted. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable break. I will definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Bamboo Lodge - B&B / Self-Catered. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and stylish, with comfortable beds and crisp linens. The self-contained kitchen allowed us to enjoy a relaxed evening in with our own food. The breakfast selection offered fresh organic produce. We loved the eco-friendly cleaning products and toiletries. The views of the pond and gardens were amazing, and the bamboo added a lovely touch. The hosts were very friendly and attentive.

I recently stayed at Bamboo Lodge for a weekend getaway and it was simply superb! The accommodation was clean, spacious and well maintained. The owners were friendly, respectful of my privacy, and the location was excellent for exploring the Kent countryside. The self-catering facilities were great, and the breakfast supplies provided were delicious. I'll definitely be back!
